Order Processing Time

All products are printed and produced on demand once you place your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, seasonal drops, or promotions), processing may take a little longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production facility.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable discounts or free-shipping promotions will be reflected in your cart before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@steadfastthreads.com — we'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@steadfastthreads.com with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
